Dianne has over 25 years of extensive executive management experience spanning four
industries (Consumer Packaged Goods, Technology, Financial Services and Health Care),
including multi-national, entrepreneurial, startup and growth companies.
In 2004, Dianne’s father was diagnosed with cancer, affecting her profoundly. This lead to a
major shift in her career and personal focus that would enable her to advocate and champion for patients, contribute to the highest quality of care in Canada and influence Health Policy.
Today she is President, Best Doctors Canada Inc., Director of Holland-Bloorview Kid’s Rehab
Hospital and Chair of the Women’s Brain Health Initiative. She sits on the Advisory Boards of
Mt. Sinai’s Personalized Medicine Institute, CAPCH (Canadian Association of People-Centred
Health), ARC (academic e-health research collaborative), York University’s Faculty Heath and the Garrison Creek Group, an incubator for mobile technologies to support health care. In addition, Dianne is a Business Lecturer at McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business.
Prior to her leadership roles in the Health Care industry, Dianne created and spearheaded
Worldsource Wealth Management (a subsidiary of Guardian Capital Group Ltd.) where was
Chairman & CEO, overseeing four operations nationally, three reporting Presidents, 1200
Employees & Advisors and more than $5 billion in Assets Under Administration.
Before taking the helm at Worldsource, Dianne was Vice President, TD Waterhouse. As Senior Investment Advisor at Capital Management Group, she built and later sold one of the largest investment advisory practices, focused exclusively on sophisticated investors.
In her earlier career, Dianne held progressively more senior sales & marketing management
roles at such leading consumer packaged goods organizations as Procter & Gamble, Gillette, RJReynolds-Nabisco and in technology at Memorex-Telex, focused on mid-range systems.
Dianne is a graduate of the University of Waterloo, in addition to a 3-yr Business Diploma in Marketing and holds multiple investment industry designations.
Dianne is a member of the CEO groups TEC (The Executive Committee) and IWF (International Women’s Forum). She is regularly interviewed in the media, and is an international keynote
speaker and writer.
In 2009 Dianne was recognized as one of the Top 20 Business Women in Canada and was
recently nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year.
